Can I send my own package to Romania with eConnect USA? No, unfortunately only products purchased from our online store will be delivered in Romania. 3. If I place an order today, how long will it take until my present will be delivered at the Romanian destination? Depending on the shipping location, it usually takes between 2 to 5 days for your present to arrive to your family or friends in Romania. See our estimated delivery schedule. 4. How can I order products from your online store? You can customize your present by simply adding products to your basket. When you are done shopping, click the checkout link and proceed to checkout. For more information on online shopping, please visit the how to order page. A limited selection of special gift baskets are available on the gift ideas page for expedite shopping. If you experience problems when attempting to add products to your basket, you should try to enable cookies in your browser. 5. What type of products can I order? We offer a large variety of products that can be customized based on your unique taste: meats, cheese, basic food products, fruits and juices, sweets, coffee, alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, fragrances, detergents, baby care, etc. All at competitive prices. 6. What can I do if I want to send a product that is not listed on the site? In this case, please contact us and we will try our best to help you with your request. 7. If I order a gourmet gift basket online, can I have it delivered anywhere? We only deliver gifts in Romania, anywhere in Romania. 8. Who is responsible for the shipping costs? You are responsible for the shipping costs. Standard shipping fees of $13.99 to all major cities (capitale de judet), $17.99 to all other cities (orase) and $21.99 for rural areas (comune si sate) will be applied per basket, regardless of the basket's weight. Only the following are considered major cities: Bucuresti,Alba Iulia,Alexandria,Arad,Bacau,Baia Mare,Bistrita,Botosani,Braila,Brasov,Buzau,Calarasi,Cluj Napoca,Constanta,Craiova,Deva,Drobeta Turnu Severin,Focsani,Galati,Giurgiu,Iasi,Miercurea Ciuc,Oradea,Piatra Neamt,Pitesti,Ploiesti,Ramnicu Valcea,Resita,Satu Mare,Sfantu Gheorge,Sibiu,Slatina,Slobozia,Suceava,Targoviste,Targu Mures,Timisoara,Tulcea,Vaslui,Zalau. 9. How do I pay for my gift basket? We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. You could also mail a personal check or money order but the order will not be processed until the check or money ordered is received. 10. What information do I need to provide when ordering a gift basket? When ordering a gourmet gift basket, you will need to provide your billing address and also the shipping address in Romania. A phone number and an email address are also required. You must also provide payment information such as your credit card number, expiration date, etc. 11. Will my order be shipped with in a basket? No, the products will be shipped in a box. For special occasions or holidays you can request to have the products delivered in a basket or wrapped in decorative paper and accompanied by a greeting card at an additional cost. 12. Can I add a greeting card with a personal message to my gift basket? Yes, you have the option to include a greeting card with your own message.
