- Overriding automatic cookie handling
- Verifying that your browser checks for newer versions of stored pages at all times
Here are some step by step instructions on how to do this in the most popular browsers: Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape, Mozilla FireFox.
- Select Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Click the Advanced button
- Select the Override automatic cookie handling checkbox (both Accept radio buttons should be checked by default for first and third party cookies)
- Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the General tab
- Click the Settings button displayed in the Temporary Internet files section.
- Select the Every visit to the page option displayed under Check for newer versions of stored pages
- Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options window
